Dane County Regional Airport to Offer Additional Daily Flights to New York City

Madison’s Dane County Regional Airport is expanding its services to include more daily flights to New York City this summer. American Airlines will now offer flights to LaGuardia Airport starting on September 3rd, in addition to the existing nonstop flights provided by Delta Airlines.

According to a press release, this new addition will bring the total number of daily nonstop flights from Madison to New York City to three. Dane County Executive Melissa Agard expressed her enthusiasm for the expansion, stating that “more nonstop flights also help companies recruit talent from across the country and attract investment. And when people fly local, they are helping to support our local economy.”

The Dane County Regional Airport currently offers direct flights to 17 cities nationwide, making it a convenient option for travelers. With the new American Airlines flights, passengers will now have greater accessibility and flexibility when traveling to and from New York City.
