New Nonstop Flight from Appleton International Airport to Orlando, FL
Travelers in northeast Wisconsin will soon have a new option for their travel needs. Appleton International Airport (ATW) has announced that Allegiant Airlines will be offering a nonstop flight to Orlando International Airport, Florida, making it the airport’s 22nd nonstop route. This new flight will begin in January 2026 and will offer convenient service on Fridays through Mondays, making it quicker and easier for travelers to reach some of the most popular attractions in the country.
This nonstop flight to Orlando will be Allegiant’s 7th destination from Appleton International Airport to Florida and the 14th nonstop flight offered by the airline. “This is an exciting development for residents of Northeast Wisconsin as it brings them closer to the Theme Park Capital of the World,” says Appleton Airport Director Abe Weber. “Families with children or grandparents planning to visit these attractions will benefit from the faster travel time.
Weber also notes that this new flight is not just a fun destination for Wisconsin travelers, but also a significant investment in technology, equipment, planes, and support staff on the part of Allegiant.
In addition to Allegiant, Appleton Airport is currently served by American, Delta, Sun Country, and United Airlines with nonstop routes to various destinations, including Gulf Shores/Orange Beach, AL, Phoenix/Mesa, AZ, Nashville, TN, and several cities in Florida such as Ft. Lauderdale/Miami, Tampa/St. Petersburg, and Sarasota/Bradenton.
The airport also offers nonstop flights to Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN, Detroit, MI, Denver, CO, Dallas, TX (DFW), Portland, OR, New York, and Newark. Travelers can also enjoy nonstop flights to Las Vegas, NV, and Savannah, GA.
