Global recruitment firm, Eames Consulting, has recently established a new office in Philadelphia with a focus on technology and digital advancement. The new location, situated at 100 East Penn Square in the Wanamaker Building, marks the company’s second office in the United States, following the opening of their New York office in 2022. Leading the Philadelphia team is experienced recruiter, Steven Stahl, who is joined by managing consultant Sam Youngberg and senior consultant Callum Stainer, both specialists in data and AI recruitment.

In an effort to assist organizations in attracting and retaining top talent, as well as upskilling and reskilling their entire workforce, Eightfold AI has added two new foundational AI products to their portfolio. The first, AI Interviewer, automates candidate engagement and assessment, improving responsiveness and selection outcomes. The second, Digital Twin, is a personalized AI model that captures and applies employee knowledge across various systems in real-time, enhancing productivity and decision-making.

SF Recruitment has also recently opened a new headquarters in Castle Donington, situated near East Midlands Airport in the East Midlands region. This new hub brings together the company’s Leicester and Nottingham teams, with a particular focus on expanding their expertise in STEM fields, including technology and engineering, in addition to their core areas of finance, private equity, and corporate services. The headquarters will house over 40 team members, and plans for further growth in Europe are already in motion, as stated by the company.
