JFK Millennium Partners (JMP) has announced the addition of popular New York brands P. J. Clarke’s, For Five Coffee Roasters, and Brooklyn Brewery to the dining options at John F. Kennedy (JFK) International Airport’s Terminal 6. These new offerings, set to open in 2026, will be part of the expanded food and beverage lineup at the airport, in partnership with SSP America and M&R Concessions.
JMP was chosen by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to develop and operate the new Terminal 6, which is estimated to cost $4. 2 billion. The inclusion of these iconic New York brands aims to enhance the overall passenger experience and add to the unique New York atmosphere of the airport.
Port Authority Executive Director Rick Cotton expressed his excitement about these additions, stating that they will help create a sense of place and contribute to lasting memories for travelers at JFK. Port Authority Chairman Kevin O’Toole echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of providing a diverse range of dining options that reflect the region’s unique flavors.
JFK Millennium Partners CEO Steve Thody shared his enthusiasm for these new additions, stating that Terminal 6 is a celebration of all things New York City. He believes that these beloved New York brands will be a perfect fit for the terminal’s other culinary selections and offer travelers a true taste of the city.
P. J. Clarke’s, established in 1884, is a well-known saloon-style restaurant serving traditional American dishes and signature cocktails. With multiple locations throughout the city, including one in Third Avenue and another in East 55th Street, it has become a popular destination for celebrities, journalists, and locals. Their menu includes items like the signature lobster roll, Newport steak frites, and fish and chips, all of which will be available at their flagship restaurant in Terminal 6.
For Five Coffee Roasters, founded by two childhood friends from Queens, aims to provide high-quality coffee experiences with their freshly roasted beans and modern café atmosphere. Their menu will feature popular options like the Gotham Mocha, The Louie, and pumpkin spice latte. For Five Coffee Roasters will be located near P. J. Clarke’s in the main concourse.
Brooklyn Brewery, a pioneer in American craft beer, will also be making its debut at Terminal 6. Founded in 1988 in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, the brewery has gained global recognition and distributes its beers to over 30 states and 30 countries. Their extensive beverage portfolio, which includes classics like Brooklyn Lager and newer innovations like Fonio Rising and Playa de Brooklyn, will be available at the Brooklyn Brewery bar next to Di Fara Pizza and Alidoro in the T6 East food hall.
