Air New Zealand is set to debut its new Business Premier Suites on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner in May 2025. The redesigned cabins will feature Safran’s Visa Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 herringbone layout, offering lie-flat beds, retractable privacy shields, and upgraded technology. American Airlines Flagship Suites

American Airlines will launch its new Flagship Suites on its new Boeing 787-9 and Airbus A321XLR aircraft, with retrofits planned for the Boeing 777-300ER fleet. The fully enclosed suites include lie-flat seats, sliding doors, ample storage, and a design that allows for shared seating for travel companions. As the A321XLR makes its debut with American Airlines, it will be the first time the airline will offer private business suites on narrowbody transatlantic flights.

The standard United Polaris seats will also be upgraded to suites with the addition of sliding doors and larger, 19-inch 4K OLED screens. United plans to retrofit or take delivery of 30 787-9s with the new interior by 2027, making Polaris Studio the new long-haul flagship experience.
